Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at zipidotstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
